• Please arrive at the departure location 15–30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Ferries will not wait for you if you are running late

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, hotel transfers and zoo merchandise
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please note, ferries are on a first come, first served basis
• Taronga Zoo opening hours are subject to change. Please check official website prior to travelling. Plan your day before you visit with the Taronga Zoo map, available here
• Upon disembarking the ferry, guests can access the zoo via the Lower Zoo Entrance, just a short walk from the wharf
• Wheelchair access: The entrance level deck of ferries are wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Taronga Zoo Wharf is also wheelchair accessible

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–15. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Ferry stops are subject to change depending on weather conditions
• Due to routine medical check ups some animals are occasionally taken off display or shows are cancelled at Taronga Zoo
• Both ferry and zoo tickets are valid for one day of access only. Taronga Zoo entry ticket must be used on the same day as ferry travel
• Ferry departures are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Captain Cook Cruises Sydney for passenger and crew safety
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellations:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: Cancellations notified less than 24 hours prior to travel incur a 100% cancellation fee
• For bookings with 10 or more guests: Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to travel incur a 100% cancellation fee
• Refunds are not available once travel has commenced

Changes to Booking:

• For bookings with less than 10 guests: One date change is permitted up to 24 hours prior to travel with any difference in the fare payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a per-person non-refundable fee from A$20
• For booking with 10 or more guests: One date change is permitted up to 7 days prior to travel, with any difference in the fare payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a per-person non-refundable fee from A$20
