- Tickets are date and time slot based. Customers will have to choose the date/time slot while booking the attraction tickets
- Digital photo pass: Guests will receive a physical ticket with a QR code on arrival. Scan QR code to save photos during the experience. The ticket provides instructions to find to the Magic Memories site and download images using the unique code on your ticket. Your digital photo pass includes eight photos
- Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis
- Once inside the venue, you may stay as long as you wish
Terms & Conditions:
- Guests will only be allowed to enter the attraction once per day. Booking multiple sessions in the same day will not be permitted
- Child rate applies for children aged 2–15. Children aged under 2 are considered to be infants and are free of charge
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+
Cancellations:
- Tickets for this experience are non-transferable and non-refundable
