Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 6.45am; returns 7pm (approximately)
• Bookings available from 1 October 2024
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: RealNZ will arrange pick-up from select Queenstown accommodation. Please advise accommodation location at time of booking
• Please be ready at your selected pick-up point 15 minutes before departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, souvenirs and optional gratuities
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please note, due to the remote nature of Fiordland, there is no Wi-Fi available on the cruise
• Cruise time is approximately 1.5–2 hours
• Please allow up to 12.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Infants and children must be booked in conjunction with one adult ticket
• Child rate applies for children aged 5–15. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+). Each child ticket must be purchased with a minimum of one adult ticket
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. RealNZ abides by the alcohol service regulations and has the right to enforce them.
• RealNZ cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. RealNZ retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
