• Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer, food and drinks, and optional gratuities for your driver
• Valid for the transfer location selected at the time of purchase only — please make your selection carefully
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is 45 minutes. Late arrivals exceeding 45 minutes and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Transfer valid for up to three or six passengers, as selected (note: a passenger is considered as one adult, child or infant)
• Please note: Three-seater vehicle is best suited to two people; however can fit up to three people if a child is aged 8+, as the vehicle cannot accommodate child seats
• Infant & Child booster seats: Children aged 0–7 must travel in a child seat. Seats are available on request for a fee. Surcharge from NZ$33 per car per seat per trip applies, payable directly to Hughes
  • Maximum of two (2) child seats permitted per car
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 21 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 21 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Bookings:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way OR return transfers, as selected at time of booking
• Valid for transfers to and/or from Queenstown International Airport (ZQN) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Luggage restrictions:
  • Sedan: Two (2) medium suitcases and two (2) small bags
  • Van: Six (6) medium suitcases and four (4) small bags
  • Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
• Transfers valid for travel within 10km of Queenstown Airport (ZQN). Additional charges apply for further travel, payable directly to Hughes
