  • It is the guest’s responsibility to inform Eating Europe of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Every effort will be made to accommodate guests; however, Eating Europe can only welcome guests whose severe allergies do not involve ingredients central to the scheduled tastings
  • Guests with severe allergies are required to carry their own necessary medication (e.g. EpiPen). For your safety, Eating Europe cannot accommodate guests with life-threatening allergies to ingredients featured on the tour, and are strictly unable to accommodate any guests with life-threatening nut allergies. Accommodation for other life-threatening allergies, such as to shellfish, is not guaranteed and is subject to a case-by-case review to ensure no scheduled tastings contain the allergen and that the nature of the allergy does not present a risk
  • In situations where Eating Europe cannot accommodate a life-threatening allergy, single bookings will be cancelled and fully refunded. For group bookings, Eating Europe may offer a refund for the individual with the allergy, allowing them to accompany the group without participating in the food tastings
  • Please be aware that tour partners operate in kitchens that handle a variety of ingredients. While partners take precautions, Eating Europe cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies must acknowledge and accept the risk of cross-contamination

Terms & Conditions:

  • Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
  • Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
  • Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
  • Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
