• Exclusions: Food and beverages, transfers to and from the wharf, gratuities and personal expenses
• Departure point: Crown Towers Wharf, Barangaroo, Sydney NSW. Please confirm meeting location at the time of booking
• This is a shared scheduled cruise — the published price is per Participant (per person), not per group or per vessel
• Duration: approximately 2.5 hours on the water
• Cruise itinerary: departure from Crown Towers Wharf, sail past Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge, head out through Sydney Heads onto the Humpback Whale Highway for whale watching, then return to the wharf
• This experience is weather- and ocean-dependent — Whale Tales reserves the right to reschedule or modify the route in the interests of guest safety
• Whale sightings are not guaranteed; experiences operate during the Sydney humpback migration window (typically May through November) and sightings vary day to day
• Children are welcome and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The captain may require children to wear a life jacket while underway
• Any food, beverages or additional services arranged with Whale Tales must be paid directly to the operator

Terms & Conditions

• All guests must be able to safely board and disembark a vessel with crew assistance and should be in reasonable health
• Guests should wear soft-soled, non-marking footwear and bring weather-appropriate clothing, sunglasses, sun protection and a layer for breezy conditions on open water
• Whale Tales abides by all NSW maritime safety, biosecurity and marine wildlife regulations, including approach distances around whales and other marine wildlife — the captain has final discretion on positioning around any sighted wildlife
• Where alcohol is served on board it is subject to RSA requirements and the captain’s discretion. Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused service or boarding. No refund applies in this event
• Smoking, vaping and recreational drugs are not permitted on board
• Whale Tales reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the cruise due to weather, safety, mechanical or operational reasons
• Each Participant ticket admits one person only. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold

Changes to Booking

• 72 hours’ notice is required to make changes to a booking you have made
