• Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Changes to pick-up location can be accommodated with a minimum 24 hours’ notice

Terms & Conditions:

• Tour Departure Times: Departure times vary daily as a result of tide times to access Double Island Point along the Great Beach Drive. You will receive an email 5 days prior to departure to confirm your departure time
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Ferry rides are subject to change depending on weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of Epic Ocean Adventures for passenger and crew safety
• Epic Ocean Adventures cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than seven days prior to departure date: no cancellation fees apply, less any unrecoverable credit card or booking fees that may have been incurred
• Cancellations between seven days up to 48 hours prior to departure date: cancellation fee of $35 per person applies
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies and is non-refundable

Changes to Booking:

• Seven days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
