• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day on request: Morning departure: 9am. Afternoon departure: 1pm
• Dates are on request and subject to availability
• 1pm departure is subject to operate with a minimum of 25 guests. Cloud 9 will attempt to move guests to earlier departures if minimum numbers are not met
• Departure Point: Cloud 9 transfers depart from Port Denarau Marina
• Morning Departure Check-in: 8am–9am; Departure from Port Denarau: 9am; Return from Cloud 9: 2pm
• Afternoon Departure Check-in: 12pm–12.45pm; Depart from Port Denarau: 1pm; Return from Cloud 9: 6pm
• Additional cost of FJD20 per person applies for transfers outside of the Nadi area and is payable directly to the supplier by card

Important:

• Cloud9 will be in touch within 1–3 days to confirm your dates
• Adult rates are 16 years and over
• Child rates are 10–15 years
• Children under 10 years of age are not permitted
• Boat transfer check-in begins 1 hour prior to each departure
• Cloud 9 does not accept cash for purchases on board – Mastercard, Visa and American Express only
• No external food and drinks allowed
• Duration of the ride from Port Denarau to Cloud 9 is approximately 60 minutes by speedboat (depending on weather conditions)
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption
• Marine travel between ports to CLOUD 9 in Fiji can be affected by weather, issues related to transfer boats, or other issues beyond our control. CLOUD 9 recommends all our guests purchase travel insurance to cover issues beyond our control. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, CLOUD 9 will not offer Refunds for transfers, meals, flights or accommodation.

Terms & Conditions

• Cruises are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of Cloud 9 for passenger safety
• Any unused food and drinks credit will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
• Cancellations made over 24 hours before departure date due to adverse weather: Cloud 9 will attempt to reschedule for another day or a full refund will be issued
• Cancellations made due to unexpected injury: 50% refund will be made subject to reception of a medical certificate
• Please note there is a surcharge of 3.5% charged on the total cost. In case of cancellation by either party at any point in time, the card surcharge of 3.5% and a booking fee of FJD4.01 per person remains non-refundable
