• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Flight cancellations require a minimum notification period of 24 hours prior to departure
• Cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for a full refund claim
• No refund applies if booking is cancelled within 24 hours

• A minimum of 24 hours is required to change a booking you have made

• Not valid: public holidays (as applicable)
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2025
• Pick-up/departure points: pick-up Central Queenstown (must be booked in advance), flights depart Queenstown Airport
• Check-in is required at Queenstown Airport in the main terminal 30 minutes prior to departure

Important:

• Please note: flights are weather dependent. Should a flight be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, it may be rescheduled depending on the passenger’s schedule and flight availability. If you cannot reschedule, passengers will receive a 100% refund
• Please call 0800 676 264 one hour before your scheduled flight on the day of your flight for a weather check

Terms and Conditions:

• Infants under 3 years old are permitted and must weigh less than 15kgs
• Infants over 15kgs must occupy their own seat and must purchase a child ticket
• Passengers over 140kgs must notify Glenorchy Air prior to departure. Should your actual weight at the time of check-in exceed 15kg over your declared weight your booking may need to be rescheduled due to weight and balance limits
