• Up to 2 days before your chosen date - 100%

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to booked start time receive a full refund

• Cancellations received within 48 hours of booked start time are not eligible for refund

• All refunds and reschedules are entirely at the discretion of Altitude Tours and will only be considered if sufficient notice is given

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Additional fees may apply

• Water
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Weather appropriate clothing
• Packed lunch if you are not selecting the optional lunch, or do not want to buy food at the stops

Availability:

• Available: Every day: 7.30am
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2026
• Return transfers from selected Queenstown hotels and main bus stop routes in Queenstown town centre along Frankton Road – please advise of your location at the time of booking
• Please arrive at pickup location ten minutes before departure time
• The driver cannot wait longer than five minutes past the specified departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Meals and drinks are not included. A brief stop will be made where guests can purchase meals and drinks at own expense but this cannot be guaranteed. A picnic lunch may be ordered through advance booking directly with Altitude Tours. Please contact Altitude Tours at least 24 hours prior to departure if you have selected the picnic lunch and have special dietary requirements
• Altitude Tours does not have any facilities to lift guests into their vans. Please contact Altitude Tours directly to discuss your requirements and they will do their best to accommodate you
• Please allow up to 12 hours for this experience
• Although children and infants are permitted on tour, this is experience is not recommended for young children. Guests will be traveling in the van for approximately 10 hours, which can be a long time for young children who love to run around, or may be prone to car sickness

• Itinerary and tour vehicle are subject to change depending on availability
• Altitude Tours reserves the absolute right to cancel any service as a result of weather conditions, insufficient numbers and/or any other unforeseen event or circumstances. In this instance, guests may choose to reschedule or request a full refund from Altitude Tours
• If there is risk of adverse weather conditions that will impact the operation of the tour and/or cruise, you will be contacted the day prior to your trip to explore alternative options
• Minimum numbers apply for this experience to proceed. Maximum group size for this experience is 16 people

• Wildlife sightings are by their nature, wild, and therefore cannot be guaranteed
