Cancellations:
- 25% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within 24 hours of travel, or for passengers who fail to appear on the day of departure
- If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to departure, a refund may be due. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within three business days of cancellation. Merchant fees are non-refundable
Changes to Booking:
24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
