• Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Return transfers available at Queenstown central accommodations. Please confirm your pick-up address at time of booking. Please note that pick-up times from your accommodation will be relayed to you prior to the tour
  • Please be ready at your designated pick-up point 10 minutes prior to departure time. If you haven’t entered a pick-up location, please phone 0800 777 922 or email info@truesouthflights.co.nz no later than 36 hours prior to the experience to organise a pick-up
• True South Flights will be unable to wait should you be running late and you will be considered a no show for your booking and not eligible for a refund

• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Passenger seat allocation is at the pilot’s discretion due to the weight and balance of the aircraft
• True South Flights will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. True South Flights works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your reserved flight incur a 50% cancellation fee
• In the case of late arrivals or no-shows, you will be charged the full cost of the flight. True South Flights reserves the right to apply discretion in exceptional circumstances

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
