Changes to bookings

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Warm, waterproof clothing including a jacket, pants, gloves, scarf and beanie
• Waterproof boots (snow boots or hiking boots are recommended)

• Credit or debit card for additional purchases, including equipment hire, food and souvenirs

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, travel insurance, snow gear hire (toboggans, jackets, pants and boots), and hotel transfers outside Melbourne CBD
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are included in select Melbourne CBD hotels and specified pickup points. Make sure to choose the pick-up point that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• Due to the lack of appropriate storage space onboard, guests cannot bring their own skis, snowboards or toboggans. Toboggan hire is available at Lake Mountain Alpine Resort, payable directly to vendor
• Go West Tours can provide an infant seat (0–3) or a child booster seat (4–8) free of charge. Please note, only a limited number are available each day and they must be pre-booked. Contact Go West Tours with your request and provide the age of your child along with your confirmation number and booking details
• Please note, the Steavenson Falls walk is approximately 700 metres on a mostly flat path
• Tour is not suitable for guests with very limited mobility or who require the use of mobility aids
• It is recommended that guests keep their luggage to a small day pack, as it will need to be carried on your lap or at your feet throughout the duration of the tour
• Please allow up to 11 hours for the duration of this tour, including travel time
