Availability:

• Available every day on request: Island Hoppers will confirm departure times from your hotel the day before. Flights depart during daylight hours: 6.30am–5.30pm (approximately)
• Although departure times are confirmed at the time of booking – actual times are subject to change due to flight scheduling. Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. Island Hoppers will confirm departure times from your resort the day before
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Return vehicle transfers included from selected hotels within Nadi and Denarau to and from Nadi International Airport – please advise of your location at time of booking
• Departure Point: Flights depart from Nadi Airport, P.O. Box 11364, Nadi Airport, Fiji Islands
• Check-in is required 30 minutes prior to departure at the Island Hoppers Lounge, Bradfield Drive, Nadi Airport
• Valid for the flight path option selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Minimum of two adult passengers required for all flights and tours
• All flights are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full payment is made
• Subject to conditions, children under 1 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap

Terms & Conditions:

• Island Hoppers Fiji allows 15kg of baggage per person, any excess baggage will be charged on arrival from FJD$12 per kilo and sent on the same or next available flight or can be left in storage at the hangar at no charge
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Child rates are available on request at a cost of 70% of an adult fare, payable directly on the day to Island Hoppers Fiji. Guests booking children aged 2–12 must advise of child’s details at the time of booking to reserve a seat. Flights will not accommodate children without prior reservations. Please note: All bookings require a minimum two adults, which means if a guest books one adult and one child, the child will be charged at the adult rate

Cancellations:

• Any reservation cancelled after 14 days of booking will be charged a FJD$100 per person cancellation fee (*fees subject to change without prior notice)
• Any reservation cancelled after 5 days of booking, within the month of travel, will be charged a FJD$100 per person cancellation fee (*fees subject to change without prior notice)
• Any cancellation within 72 hours of travel, late arrivals and no-shows will be charged a full cancellation fee

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Fees may apply for rescheduling
