• Use of lounge is available for up to three hours prior to departure flight
• Complimentary access applies for children under 2 accompanying a paying adult. Children aged 2 years old or above will be charged as adults
• Any excess amount and additional purchases must be paid directly to Plaza Premium Group
• Baggage storage is available during lounge visit only

Cancellations:

• Group bookings of 10+ people: a minimum of 72 hours’ notice by writing to Plaza Premium Group is required in the event of cancellation of a group booking for lounge facilities. No refund will be arranged for cancellation made within 72 hours prior to the reserved service date and time. All refunds or changes made on a confirmed group booking are subject to a minimum of US$10 administration fee per person
• A cancellation fee of minimum US$10 per person will be charged for all bookings cancelled up to six hours prior to reserved service date and time
• No-show or last-minute cancellations with less than six hours’ notice will be nonrefundable

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
