• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from Ahuriri, central Napier, central Havelock North, Clive and Taradale. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Important:

• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time
• Wine tastings, food and drinks are not included in this tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Winery opening dates and times are subject to change without notice – please confirm opening times with vendors prior to departure
• Lunch bookings are highly recommended on weekdays, and essential on weekends and public holidays. Tākaro Trails recommends having lunch at Clearview Estate, Te Awanga or Hygge Cafe
• Please allow at least one hour to cycle from Havelock North to the coastal trails. The recommended booking for lunch is 1.30pm–2pm
• For large groups, it is recommended to book wine tastings in advance
• To reach Craggy Range Winery, participants will have to ride 3km on a busy road there and back. This visit will add 1.5–2 hours to your tour. Bookings are essential for wine tastings here, from $35 per person
• Please note, Tākaro Trails provides a pick-up service from Te Awanga Estate at approximately 4.30pm
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will share your experience with other guests. If you would like to purchase the upgrade to a private tour, please contact info@takarotrails.co.nz directly (fees apply)

• Children must be at least 135cm tall to participate in this experience and must be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Vendors abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tākaro Trails cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Takaro Trails retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
• Tākaro Trails takes all practicable steps to identify and minimise potential dangers by advising the safest routes and providing safety equipment. However, you must follow our instructions, adhere to the NZ road code and use the helmet provided at all times
