• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day:
  • Half-Day Transfer: 9am–1pm OR 1pm–5pm
  • Full-Day Transfer: 9am–5pm OR 11am–5pm
• Departure/pick-up location: Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence St Cairns
• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 15 minutes prior to departure time
• Bookings valid to 31 May 2025

• Exclusions: Meals and drinks, watersports equipment, and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Big Cat Green Island Reef Cruises
• Vessels are pram-friendly. The beach areas are not practical for prams however there are boardwalks and pathways throughout the island that are suitable. Prams can be stored on ‘Big Cat’ if needed
• Lunch inclusions: Please notify reservations teams of any special dietary requirements upon booking

Terms & Conditions:

• All trips and activities, prices and schedules are subject to change. Included in the total cost is GST, ferry and national park fees. Please note, a deposit is required for snorkelling gear, payable directly on the day
• Child policy: Child rates apply for ages 4–14 years inclusive. Infants 0–3 years are free of charge but must be included when booking. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
• No responsibility will be accepted for loss of personal items while on tour. Guests are urged not to bring valuable items
• Some services and inclusions may be cancelled or modified as a result of weather/tidal conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event that Big Cat Green Island Cruises needs to cancel, the guest will be provided with an alternate day or travel, offered another Experience Co product, or a full refund will be provided
