• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• Not valid: Sunday – Tuesday
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Pick-up/Drop-off point: Return transfers available from Cairns. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking. Your pick-up time will be confirmed 24 hours prior to your tour
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Exclusions: Additional meals and drinks, souvenirs, optional gratuities. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please note any dietary requirements. Gluten free or vegetarian lunch and lactose free cheese available on request
• Please allow up to 9.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide a valid ID
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
