Availability:

• Available every day: 9am–12pm or 12pm–3pm (approximately)
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from select Cabo San Lucas accommodation. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Entry fee at Tierra Sagrada is not included. Fee is US$25 per adult and US$12.5 per child and must be paid at check-in
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience, including travel time
• For safety reasons, cell phones, cameras and GoPro are not permitted during the Ebike ride
• Lunch may include traditional chicken with mole, barbecue ribs, Mexican rice, beans, salads, salsa bar, hand made quesadillas. Vegetarian options available too

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Children must be accompanied by supervising paying adult (18+)
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, hazards or mechanical issues
• Children must be aged 8+ and a minimum height of 5ft/1.50m applies to participate in this experience. Children must be supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times
• For safety reasons, a maximum weight per person of 265lbs/120kgs applies
• Not suitable for expectant mothers and guests with back, neck, or respiratory problems
• Optional exemption of payment for damages: US$15fee per Ebike or leave open voucher
• Guests must be fully mobile and in the good physical condition and must know how to ride a bike

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: 10% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations less than 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Changes depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed
