Availability:

• Available every day in season: Departures at 9.45am or 1.30pm
• Departure point: Port Geographe Marina, 21 Spinnaker Boulevard, Geographe 6280 WA. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure time for boarding
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• All Sea Charters are the only operator for whale watching in Busselton
• Smoking is not permitted on the boats, no alcohol permitted on boats
• All Sea Charters reserves the right to refuse admission if customer is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Anti-nausea wristband available onboard at own expense, payable directly to All Sea Charters
• Please allow approximately 2.5 hours total for this experience
• Food, drinks and transfers are not included

Terms & Conditions:

• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of All Sea Charters. All Sea Charters will postpone departure within 24 hours if unforeseen weather conditions restrict the boat from operating, or minimum numbers are not met. If this is the case, All Sea Charters will re-book the participant at an alternate time
• Minimum 15 people required for tour to proceed
• Vessel may be substituted without notice subject to availability
• Wildlife sightings are wild by nature and therefore cannot be guaranteed

Cancellation

• Cancellations made more than 7 business days prior to departure: No cancellation fees apply (re-booking fee per person may apply)
• Cancellations made 48 hours (during business hours) to 7 business days prior to departure: 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours (during business hours) prior to check-in time: Full payment will be retained and no refund given
• Late arrivals and no-shows: No refund and no return trip offered

Changes to Booking

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Re-booking fees may apply
