• Available: Tuesday – Saturday: 9am–12pm or 2.15pm–5.15pm (approximately)
• Meeting Point: Piazza San Marco, Florence. Please meet your guide by the statue in the middle of the square
• Please ensure you are at the departure location 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will not be refunded
• End Point: Ponte Vecchio, Florence

Important:

• Hotel transfers, gratuities, food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors

• Guests may be asked to go through security on this tour
• Only small handbags and backpacks are allowed inside the Accademia museum. There is no bag check or storage available
• Due to the religious nature of the Cathedral, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before entering the Cathedral. Shoes with heels and flip-flops are not permitted inside the Cathedral.

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal adult guardian at all times
• Walks are unable to accommodate guests with strollers on this tour
• All guests (including children) must bring photo ID on the day of their tour
• This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
• The group tour utilises multiple areas that are not wheelchair accessible. Those with wheelchairs should contact Walks so they can arrange your visit
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• The tour will run rain or shine so please dress for the elements and bring a hat and sunscreen during the summer months
• Due to circumstances beyond Walks’ control, sites may occasionally close. Every effort is made to stay as close to the itinerary as possible but substitutions/omissions may be necessary
• Entry to the Cathedral of Florence will not be available on 24th and 31st December, as well as during regular Sunday mass. The Cathedral occasionally closes for special celebrations/festivities, including Easter ceremonies. If this occurs during your visit, Walks will run an alternative itinerary that includes an explanation of the Cathedral from the outside and extra highlights of the city center. Walks are unable to provide refunds or discounts if the Cathedral closes unexpectedly
