• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day by request: Departs 6.30am; returns 4pm (approximately)
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Shared return transfers are available from hotels in Nusa Dua, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Padangbai and Candidasa only. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• After booking, ICS Travel Group will be in touch to confirm pick-up and drop-off times. Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

• Please allow up to 9.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• Tour includes lunch and unlimited drinking water. Additional food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
