• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Participants are expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled game

Important:

• Valid for choice of one 30-minute experience. Additional games are payable directly to Zero Latency Auckland
• Maximum eight players per game. If you would like a private session, please purchase all eight tickets for your preferred time slot
• Please allow 45 minutes for this experience: 15 minutes for briefing/suiting up and 30 minutes to complete your game
• Game run times are approximate
• Please wear flat shoes such as runners or flip-flops. High heels are not permitted
• Food, drinks and transfers are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Zero Latency Auckland
• Small glasses are permitted to be worn under the headset, but contact lenses are recommended where possible

Terms & Conditions:

• Zombie games are restricted to guests aged 13+. Non-zombie experiences are restricted to guests aged 10+. This experience is not suitable for children aged 0–9
• Guests aged 10–12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• This experience is not suitable for those with the following medical conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy or similar seizure disorders, wheelchair users, deaf or severe hearing loss, broken arm or leg, heart condition
• Participants must be in good health to play. Guests must not be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
