• Up to 2 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day: Tour departs 10 minutes past the hour - 10:10am, 11:10am, 12:10pm, 1:10pm, 2:10pm, 3:10pm and 4:10pm
  • On Fridays and Saturdays, take a Twilight Tour at 5:10pm or 6:10pm in the evening and Mandarin Tours at 2:30pm daily
  • Note: If your selected timeslot is unavailable, the nearest time slot will be provided for you
• Valid for redemption at Auckland location only
• You must arrive 15 minutes before your tour is due to start or your place on the tour may be sold. Wētā Workshop does not offer refunds or other compensation if you are late and miss your tour departure. Guests who wish to rebook their tour must pay the full cost of the new booking

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, merchandise and hotel transfers
• Bookings are subject to availability. There is limited availability for high-season periods (October – April). It is recommended you book as far in advance as possible
• Infants (0–4) receive free admission but must be booked in prior to tour
• Late arrivals will shorten tour time. No-shows voids offer
• Please note that Wētā Workshop Unleashed includes some horror elements that may be disturbing for children, or unsuitable for guests with medical conditions aggravated by fright, stress, or lights. Parental guidance is recommended
• For guests with sensory processing sensitivity (SPS), comfort tools are welcome
• Tour can accommodate a range of accessibility requirements. It is recommended that any participants’ wheelchairs have brakes. Elevator access to level 5 is available via Federal Street and Albert Street

Terms & Conditions:

• Wētā Workshop reserves the right to reasonably refuse entry with no refund given, and/or request guests to leave Unleashed due to disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to, verbal attacks on Wētā Workshop staff and/or other visitors to Unleashed
• Guests cannot take video or audio recordings inside Unleashed without the express consent of the Wētā Workshop staff. Weta Workshop reserves the right to check recording devices brought into its tour spaces, including, but not limited to, smartphones
