• Tour cancellations require a minimum notification period of 22 days prior to departure. You will be refunded 90% of your deposit amount, the remaining 10% will be withheld by Wine Tours of Sedona for credit card processing charges and other administrative costs
• Cancellation notice with 21 days of the date of your tour, your deposit is held. If it is possible to book another reservation on the day that you were scheduled, you will be refunded 75% of your deposit amount. If it is not possible to get a reservation on the date that your tour was scheduled for, no refunds will be issued
• No refund applies if booking is cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days

• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time
