Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Passengers are not allowed to take any personal items onboard for safety reasons. Locked storage boxes will be available to store your personal belongings prior to your ride.

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be aged 4–14 to participate in this experience and be supervised by a paying parent or legal adult guardian at all times. Children under 4 are not permitted.
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and on-water conditions
• Boat routes are subject to change depending on weather conditions and accessibility. Route description has been provided as an example only
• Partial refunds do not apply if any experience components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
