• Pick-up point: complimentary pickup from the major hotels is available before your flight. This includes Sails in the Desert Hotel, Desert Gardens Hotel, Ayers Rock Resort Campground, Outback Pioneer Hotel and Coach Campground. Passengers staying at Emu Walk Apartments will be picked up from Desert Gardens Hotel, and passengers staying at the Lost Camel will be picked up from Sails in the Desert Hotel. A confirmation email will inform you of your pick-up time and location once a booking has been secured.
• Please arrive at your pick-up location no less than 15 minutes prior to transfer. No shows and late arrivals will void offer.

Important:

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled.
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must complete a safety briefing prior to departure.
• Passengers aged 2+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s or guardian’s lap
• All passengers must be fit, able and have a moderate to high level of mobility to safely load and unload the helicopter without assistance
• Steps and platforms are required to enter the helicopter

• For each guest weighing 125 kilograms or more, a comfort seat purchase is required, providing an additional seat adjacent or opposite on board the helicopter
• Comfort seat charge is reduced to 50% off the regular tour price
• Please allow 1 hour and 10 minutes for the duration of this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Professional Helicopter Services. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable.
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, your flight may be cancelled, in which case your flight will be refunded.
• Aircraft can carry between 4 and 6 passengers per flight depending on the aircraft being used on the day. All helicopters are assigned based on a number of operational reasons including aircraft availability, weather, maintenance and total weights of all passengers on board. If you are travelling with more than 6 passengers, please reach out to our friendly reservations team and they will assist in catering to your group
• There is no individual weight limit, however there is a maximum total weight limit for the aircraft. Accurate passenger weights are critical for the safe operation of helicopters, please ensure that any supplied passengers’ weights are as accurate as possible. Professional Helicopter Services are required by law to measure the weights of all passengers and any cargo that are transported on our helicopters before flight and mismatches between supplied and actual weights can lead to significant delays or non-refundable cancellations in some circumstances.
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Professional Helicopter Services will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Professional Helicopter Services works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage.
• Please Note: No helicopter tour will fly over the top of Uluru or Kata Tjuta. Professional Helicopter Services abides by the National Parks Australia procedures for flying within the National Park. These procedures have been designed to minimise the impact helicopter noise has on other park visitors, and to maximise the viewing of guests participating in helicopter tours

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellation requests should be made in writing by email and addressed to uluru@phs.com.au
• At times, varying cancellation policies may be applicable to a charter, air work flight or private hire bookings. These variances will be provided in written during the quotation stage of your reservation.

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
