Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum two people per jet ski
• Maximum combined weight limit per jet ski is 200kg
• Guests must be 7+ or 125cm minimum to participate in this activity
• Must be aged 16+ to drive a jet ski alone. Teenagers aged 12–15 may drive the jet ski only when accompanied by a rider aged 16+ (at the guide/management’s discretion). Teenagers aged 16–17 require a parent or guardian’s signature to drive alone or to take a passenger
• All drivers must be able to understand, read and write English
• All participants must complete a test drive prior to departure. Failure to complete this test successfully will result in the inability to travel. No refunds apply
• Not suitable for pregnant guests
• Guests must be in good health with no previous neck, back or spinal injuries or any other medical conditions that may cause injury to anyone partaking in the activity
• A signed waiver of liability is required for all guests
• Odyssey Jet Ski Tours operates in most conditions and can provide wet weather gear if necessary. Should the weather be deemed unsafe due to storms or extreme conditions, all reasonable steps will be taken to reschedule the booking. Should this not be possible a full refund will be provided
• Tour routes, departure times and distance of tour may vary based weather conditions, water conditions, rider ability and traffic conditions
• Participants are responsible for loss or damage caused to the jet ski or any other equipment supplied to them
