7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 1 November 2026 until 31 March 2028 (bookings must be made before 1 March 2028).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027 and 26 March 2028, during which airports are closed, and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, shared one-way transfer from the hotel to CANNA Bali, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.
• This experience does not need to be used on the final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins; reservations only.
• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
• CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
• If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds, etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pre-Departure Lounge at CANNA Bali: For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure – if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
• If you do not have included airport transfers, transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost. Please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club (16+ only) and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required) and complimentary towels
• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay
• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
• No cameras and no drones are permitted.
• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds, etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Atlas Beach Fest abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Minimum age of entry is 16+. This venue does not allow entry to children below 16, and no kids’ club is available.
• Transport to and from the beach club is not included; however, it can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
• Any additional guests above those included in your hotel package will be charged in full and are not entitled to the inclusions.
• Atlas Beach Club available: 12pm–12am. Atlas Super Club available: 9pm–4am, opening hours are subject to change. This offer is not valid during special event dates including both local and International DJ performances and blackout dates including 31 December, 19—20 March 2026 and 8—9 March 2027
• How to redeem:
• Customers are required to contact Atlas Beach Fest via WhatsApp (+62 857 3906 3480) at least 24 hours in advance to make reservations including booking for a daybed/sofa bed (if any). Please mention the Luxury Escapes booking reference number and details of guest names to enjoy all the benefits
• The Reservation team will confirm the booking to the guests, including the confirmation number for daybed/sofa bed booking (if any)
• Should Atlas Beach Fest need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking
• You will be required to provide the confirmation of your hotel booking and guests on arrival
• Guests will receive a voucher to redeem their complimentary drink at Atlas Beach Club as well as a 10% dining discount voucher if this option was chosen
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Menus are subject to change without prior notice

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
• Flight number and arrival time
• Child seats requirements
• Number of pieces of luggage including large items
• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan). Fees may apply for excess baggage.
• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way, or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
• Bookings are essential at least 72 hours in advance
