7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Jenja nightclub is currently operating on Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 5am. However, opening days and times will differ based on season and hotel occupancy.
• Buffet breakfast is available between 7am and 11am, and a la carte dining is available from 11am to 10pm. Last order for breakfast must be made by 10pm. Breakfast includes free-flow Balinese coffee. You’ll also receive one free latte, cappuccino, americano or espresso (one per guest, maximum two guests per package). Any additional specialty coffees at available at your own expense.
• Daily cocktail will be served from a select menu. Mocktails can be substituted. Cocktails can be redeemed during pool bar’s operating hours (7am to 1am).
• Daily lunch or dinner is served at TSea Leisure Club Restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. Lunch and dinner are served a la carte. Guests can choose one item from Easy Meal/Dining menu, or two items from the Easy Bite menu.

Airport Transfer

Inclusions:

• One-way or roundtrip private airport transfer on arrival (up to three guests)
• English-speaking driver
• Airport parking fee and toll
• One bottle of 330ml water per person

Fine Print:

• You will be emailed a form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
• An infant seat can be booked for US$3 per seat each way. Guest can also bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that time, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• The standard one-way inclusion is an airport arrival transfer, if you would like to switch to a departure transfer please contact the third-party operator directly.
