7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Dining credit cannot be used for room service or the mini-bar.
- Welcome cocktail vouchers can be redeemed at all onsite dining venues.
- Match and Play Credit: You will be provided with a voucher issued in a welcome pack during check-in. Simply place the voucher with at least an equal amount in chips as a wager on a selected gaming table. A winning gaming voucher may be re-used and will remain valid until it’s either lost as a losing wager or until expired. Winning gaming vouchers will be paid the appropriate odds using cash chips. Losing gaming vouchers will be removed from the table and placed into the dropbox by the dealer. Credit is for guests aged 18 years and over. Guests aged under 18 years cannot enter the casino.
