The Reef House is located a 25-minute drive from Cairns Airport (CNS). Airport transfers are not included in your stay, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you are permitted ONE date change up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Food and drink credit: The included food and drink credit must be used during your stay. No minimum spend applies. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Valid for use at Reef House Restaurant, Pool Side and Brigadier Honesty Bar. Excluding room service.
• Spa credit: Spa credits cannot be combined. The minimum spend is A$250 per credit. Redeemable only at Reef House Spa – one credit per A$250 treatment or two credits per A$500 treatment or more. Please present your proof of credit upon request of service. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, discount or on public holidays. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Breakfast is available a la carte daily at Reef House Restaurant from 6.30am to 10am and includes bottomless espresso coffee and cold press juice.
• Seafood platter valid for lunchtime at Reef House Restaurant includes: 12 natural oysters, three extra-large Moreton Bay bugs, eight Queensland tiger prawns, 10 grams of Kaluga Queen Caviar, six natural blinis, six blinis with lime, chantilly beetroot cured salmon and salmon caviar and 100 grams of Yellowfin tuna sashimiwith cocktail and ponzu sauce and a bottle of sparkling wine. 24 hours notice required, wine may change (subject to supplier availability).
• Brigadier’s Bar free-flow punch and canapes hour is from 5pm to 6pm nightly.
• Daily complimentary sorbet is served poolside at 3pm. Sorbet flavours vary daily.
• All onsite activities and experiences are subject to seasonal changes.
• Please book all yoga, wine tasting and cocktail classes in advance with the hotel to avoid disappointment.
• Reef House Mixology class runs Tuesdays and Fridays from 2pm to 2.45pm at Brigadier Lounge. Wine appreciation sessions run Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2pm to 3pm at Brigadier Lounge.
• Welcome gift in-room on arrival is Reef House History Boook for guests to keep as a souvenir.
• Guests must wear a helmet while on a bicycle as per Queensland law.
• Sleep Easy support guide is provided in-room on arrival, plus a selection of blogs, videos and audio files that explain the importance of sleep. Guests can partake in Sleep Easy sessions throughout the week with the Director of Sleep & Rejuvenation.

Travelshoot Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: One-hour photoshoot session at one location; an album of 20 edited, professional photos provided within 7 days; access to a private online client gallery to easily view, share and download images; online access to meet and communicate with your photographer before the shoot.
• Travelshoot will email you within 1–2 business days to book in your desired date.
• Rates are for up to six people.
• Infants of all ages may attend and are included in group numbers.
• This experience excludes: any physical photo product (images are provided online to download).
• A car or other transportation is not included. Please note some experience destination preferences require a vehicle to complete.

Outback Tasting Tour Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: Full-day outback and Atherton Tablelands food and wine tour; return transfers from accommodation; seven food stops to cover: full breakfast, morning tea, gourmet lunch, afternoon tea and all tastings.
• Not available Sunday – Tuesday. Tours run Wednesday – Saturday: Departs 8am; returns 5.30pm (approximately).
• Cancellations: No fees apply for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the departure date. 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours of departure date. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer. 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made.
• Excludes additional meals and drinks, souvenirs, optional gratuities. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s).
• Please note any dietary requirements. Gluten free or vegetarian lunch and lactose-free cheese available on request.
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide a valid ID.
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or venue availability.
