Shangri-La Bangkok is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in downtown Bangkok, a 30-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK). Travel with ease around the city, with direct access to the SkyTrain, public ferry terminal and buses available from the hotel. There are countless cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance, while attractions such as the Wat Arun temple and The Royal Grand Palace are reachable in 15 minutes by car. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.
