It’s also just 15 minutes from the centre of Uluwatu, home to one of Bali’s most iconic temples, world-class surfing breaks and the beautiful Padang Padang Beach. Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 11 March 2024 and 29 March 2025 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Artichoke Restaurant between 7am and 10am.
- The included 60-minute massage must be booked in advance.
- The two two-course lunches or dinners can be redeemed at either Artichoke or Choka Bar. Lunch is available between 12pm and 2pm. Dinner is served between 6pm and 8pm.
- The three-course dinner served at Filini Restaurant is served between 6pm and 8pm.
- Meals are served on a set menu basis. Guests will be provided with meal vouchers upon arrival to redeem in the outlets.
- The mini-bar is re-stocked once per stay with a selection of chips, chocolates, juice and soft drinks.
- The 15% discount on spa treatments, dining and drinks is valid for unlimited use at Spa ESC and all dining outlets. Excludes alcohol and cannot be combined with other offers.
- The daily free-flow cocktails are available between 4pm and 6pm at Choka Bar from a limited menu.
- The welcome drink is a chilled juice or infused water from the ‘welcome corner’ in the hotel lobby.
- The spa credit (select packages) does not accumulate and is non-combinable with any other discounts or promotions.
- The kids club doesn’t have staff supervision, parents will be required to supervise at all times. Kids club is open from 11am–5pm. Kids club is suitable for children aged between 4 and 10 years of age.
- Please note all rooms are non-smoking.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR35,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
- Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
- Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
- Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Luxury Escapes highly recommends pre-booking your preferred date and time online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment (IDR 30,000 online booking fee applies – approximately A$3). The booking process is:
