Cancellation Policy

Pullman Bangkok Hotel G Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Please note this does not apply to accommodation at Dusit Thani Hua Hin.

Room Policies

Different hotels may have different room policies. Please look over the room policies for all your bundled stays carefully before booking.

Pullman Bangkok Hotel G:

• Daily breakfast is served buffet-style at TIVA Restuarant between 6am – 10.30am (Monday – Friday) and 6am – 11am (Saturday and Sunday)
• The tuk-tuk shuttle service from the hotel to Sala Deang BTS Station runs daily from 7am to 4pm.
• Club lounge access includes daily afternoon tea between 2pm and 4pm and free-flow cocktails and canapes served between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.

Dusit Thani Hua Hin:

• Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.30am.
• Daily lunch or dinner is served as two courses at The Restaurant.
• Daily cocktails are available at Sala Thip Poolside Terrace from 11am to 7pm daily.
• Guests may choose from a margarita, mojito, beer, orange juice or soft drink.
• Transfers are available to and from Bangkok Airport for up to three people.
• It is recommended that included massages are booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Within two days of purchase, you will be emailed an online form to book your transfer date and time.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit up to six pieces.
• An infant seat can be booked at USD3 per seat, each way. Option for guest to bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point transfer will be considered cancelled.

Roundtrip Private Airport and City Transfers
