Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee of AED20 per room, per night, is payable directly to the hotel at time of check-in/checkout.
Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinners are not included in the total cost and are payable directly to the property upon arrival:

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of AED2,500 per adult (16+) and AED1,300 per child (2-10) or AED1,675 per child (11-15) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel, prior to arrival.
