7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Update 25 October 2024, 2pm AEDT: From 1 January 2025, Green Tax will increase to US$12 per person, per night. This will affect charges for extra guests, please see room policies for more information.

Green Tax: The Maldives Green Tax – US$6 per person, per day – is included in your package but is payable for any extra guests. Payable directly to the resort.

Domestic Malé Flights

• Arrival: Domestic flights depart Malé for the resort at the following times: 7.50am, 12.10pm, 3.35pm, 5.35pm, 11.45pm
• Departure: Domestic flights depart the resort for Malé at the following times: 5.50am, 9.35am, 1.45pm, 5.10pm, 7.45pm
• Please note that flight timings are subject to change.
• To ensure flight availability, Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort requires your international flight information at least 14 days before your arrival date.
• Check-in opens two hours before departure time, and closes one hour before departure time.
• Arrivals and departures outside of the times provided will be required to purchase accommodation in Malé at guest’s own expense.
• Baggage allowance for domestic flights is 20kg of checked luggage and 5kg of hand luggage per person. Luggage over this weight limit will attract a charge of US$3.61 per kilo.
• The airport lounge service is available upon arrival ONLY at Malé Airport (MLE) while waiting for your onward flight to the resort.

LuxPlus+ benefits will not be awarded in relation to any purchases, transactions or non-transactional actions that are reversed, cancelled and/or refunded.

LuxPlus+ member discounts and bonus inclusions cannot be converted or exchanged for cash.
