Transfers operate from Port Denarau, which is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Nadi International Airport (NAN). 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• All meals are served buffet-style at Mamanuca Restaurant.
• The included resort credit must be used during your stay.
• Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The credit is redeemable at all restaurants, Mana Spa, bars, activities, in-room dining and mini-bar.
• Daily drink is a glass of beer, wine or soft drink served at the Pool Bar or Vonu Bar.
• The included Wi-Fi is for two devices per package. If guests would like to connect additional devices, a surcharge will apply.
• The use of non-motorised water activities includes free use of snorkelling equipment, life jackets and sea kayak equipment.
• Up to two children (14 and under) stay, play and eat free when sleeping on existing bedding, with all dining and Kid’s Club access.
• If more than two children are staying in one room, charges apply for access to the Kids’ Club for additional children.
• Bedding in the Deluxe Ocean View Bure can be arranged as two double beds, one single bed and one sofa bed.

Roundtrip Sea Cruise Transfers:

• The included sea cruise transfers are valid for two adults only.
• Additional guests must purchase their transfers.
• Children aged between two and 15 may travel for FJ$99 one-way to and from Mana Island.
• Infants under two are free of charge when travelling with a full-paying adult.
• A small fuel surcharge is currently applicable.
• Guests must pay the surcharge upon check-in prior to boarding in cash, debit or credit card.
• Please note international cards will incur a transaction fee.
• All transfers must be pre-booked.
• Please confirm your booking with South Sea Cruises Fiji at least seven days before your arrival.
• Departure times: Port Denarau to Mana Island: 9.30am, 12.15pm and 3.15pm.
• Departure times: Mana Island to Port Denarau: 10.45am, 1.30pm and 4.40pm.
• Check-in is recommended 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure times.
• All catamarans have an air-conditioned lounge, outer viewing decks, a fully licensed bar and snacks available for purchase.

• Each passenger is entitled to have no more than 20kg of luggage carried free of charge.
