The resort is located approximately a one-hour drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). A one-way airport pick-up on arrival is included in your package.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Luxury Escapes. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Seacret Restaurant and Chom Talay Restaurant from 6am until 10.30am.
• Daily two-course lunch and three-course dinner valid at any restaurant open at serving time. Choose from set menu, buffet, or an à la carte dining credit: THB350 per person for lunch, or THB600 per person for dinner.
• Afternoon tea is served from 1pm until 5pm at the Fisherman’s Wharf restaurant. Advance booking is recommended.
• One massage per room included, from a choice of head/shoulder, body or foot massage. Advance booking is essential.
• The free-flow cocktail hour is from 4pm — 5pm at the Coconut Bar or the Beach Club Bar, and may be subject to change.
• The upgraded tapas dinner will be served at the Harbour Restaurant in The Shore at Katathani Resort, five minutes away from Katathani Phuket Beach Resort, and is adults-only (12+). If children are joining, the dinner will be served at the onsite La Scala restaurant instead.
• Flight details must be provided to the resort at least a week ahead of your stay in order for airport transfer on arrival to be arranged.
• Cooking class (select packages only): replaces lunch on one day of your stay. Takes place at Chomtalay restaurant. Must be booked 24 hours in advance. Bookings cannot be amended. Children under 12 may accompany but are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.
• Grand Deluxe: please note, if five guests stay in this room type, with more than five pieces of 32-inch luggage, a surcharge will apply for an additional vehicle (THB1,500, payable directly to the hotel).
