Compulsory Christmas Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 December, an additional surcharge of THB5,600 per adult (12+) and THB2,800 per child (4–11) applies for the compulsory Christmas Eve dinner. Infants under four are free of charge. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6,500 per adult (12+) and THB3,250 per child (4–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Infants under four are free of charge. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Seacret and Chom Talay from 6am until 10.30am.
• Daily two-course set-menu lunch and three-course set-menu dinner are valid at any restaurant open at serving time.
• If guests prefer to dine a la carte, a food credit will be applied per meal, per person at THB350 for lunch and THB700 for dinner.
• Children staying and eating for free must order meals from the kids’ menu.
• Children are not permitted in Pool Access Rooms.
• The kids’ club is open from 9am to 6pm for children aged between four and 12. It is free of charge. Children under four must be supervised by a parent.
• Afternoon tea is for two adults only and is served from 1pm until 5pm at the Melon Shop. Advance booking is recommended.
• One massage per room, per day, is included. Guests may choose between a head and shoulder massage, body or foot massage.
• Massages take place in the garden. Advance booking is essential.
• The free-flow cocktail hour is available from 5.30 pm at Coconut Bar or Beach Club Bar, subject to change.
• Free-flow cocktails include selected cocktails, house beer, soft drinks and local spirits.
• The upgraded tapas dinner can be enjoyed at The Harbour (at The Shore) or La Scala.
• Cooking class is optional and replaces lunch on one day of your stay.
• Cooking classes take place at Chom Talay. Must be booked 24-hours in advance.
• Cooking class bookings cannot be amended. Children under 12 may accompany adults, but are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at THB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
