• Please ensure you plan your transfers according to your flight’s arrival and departure times.
• Baggage will be outlined during the purchase process. For some carriers, you must add on baggage for a surcharge. This can be done during the purchase process or post-purchase. Baggage allowances may vary depending on the type of fare you purchase. Please ensure you check your baggage allowance prior to the purchase..

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is served between 7am and 10.30am.
• The included Cleopatra bath ritual is drawn in your suite on the night of your choice. The bath includes a sprinkling of tropical petals floats over a blend of locally harvested coconut milk with a white ginger lily infusion, soft candlelight and soothing spa music, accompanied by herbal tea infusions.
• The included four-course degustation dinner is served at Navo Restaurant on a night of your choice. Please contact guest services to secure your seating. Dinner is served nightly from 5.30pm until 10pm.
• Navo Restaurant allows families to dine between 5.30pm – 7.30pm each evening, all other times are adults only.
• Guests of Club InterContinental may take breakfast in a choice of three venues; either at Club InterContinental Lounge in an elevated position overlooking the resort with panoramic views over the South Pacific, in the resort’s main restaurant; Sanasana Restaurant or in Navo Restaurant. In addition to daily breakfast, Club InterContinental access includes all-day non-alcoholic drinks, daily afternoon tea from 2pm to 4pm and twilight drinks and adults-only canapes from 5pm to 7pm. Guests of Club InterContinental also receive access to the Club InterContinental Lounge and infinity pool, plus private check-in and checkout. Guests of Club InterContinental can enjoy a complimentary daily replenishable of non-alcoholic minibar drinks in the suite.
• The nightly cocktails and canapes served at Club InterContiental are reserved for guests aged 18+ only.
• Complimentary non-motorised sports exclude stand-up paddleboards and are valid for one hour per day.
• Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit may be used towards any resort-managed products and services including spa, room service, restaurants and bars. Purchases from Concessionaires such as Reef Safari, Hydro Sports and Resort shops cannot be offset against the credit.
• Unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort with no restrictions on number of people in room or devices.
• The complimentary introduction to scuba diving is an introduction in the dive pool. Ocean dives at additional cost. Please book in advance.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, meet and greet service, plus one bottle of water per person.
• Valid for up to two passengers (a passenger refers to one adult, one child or one infant).
• Tour Managers Fiji will be in touch within 1–2 business days to book your desired date.
• For your return journey, all guests must call or contact Tour Managers Fiji to re-confirm pick-up and drop-off details.
• Any bookings received within 48 hours of date of service will be subject to availability of vehicles.
• In the event Tour Managers Fiji is unable to provide this transfer, alternative options will be offered.
• Any late booking within 24 hours, please contact Tour Managers Fiji directly via phone call followed by an email.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• There is a limit of one standard-size suitcase allowed per person on Tour Managers Fiji vehicles.
• Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs and the like is subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage.
• This experience does not include infant car seats. Should you require child seats, this will be an additional charge payable to Tour Managers Fiji.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. For the first hour; 50% of the transfer rate will be charged. For more than two hours; an additional 50% of the transfer rate will be charged for every additional hour. Postponements due to flight delays where service is re-booked for a later date or time will incur no fees.
