Green Paradise
Nestled in the Ubud jungle, Villa Green Paradise is a stunning 4-bedroom private villa offering breathtaking jungle views and a spectacular infinity pool with a sunken lounge area perfect for watching the sunset. Just minutes from Ubud’s historic centre, with hiking and cycling trails right on your doorstep.
Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, air conditioning, smart TV, and blackout curtains. One bedroom has a direct pool view through glass doors. The open-plan living area is fitted with curated furniture and can be configured as open or enclosed to suit your group. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and a large private parking area is available at the front of the villa.
Included in your stay: dedicated villa manager, villa host, daily housekeeping (9am–5pm), and garden and pool staff. Sustainable bathroom amenities by Bali-founded brand Sensatia Botanicals are provided throughout.
Optional extras (advance notice required): in-villa breakfast, floating breakfast, private chef for lunch and dinner, villa pre-stocking, airport transfers, driving service, in-villa massage, babysitting, security guards, activities and excursions, and floral arrangements. All services must be arranged through the villa team.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably, with a maximum of 10 (surcharge applies for the 9th and 10th guest).
- All vendor services (spa, massage, personal training, yoga, photography, private chefs, decorations) must be arranged through the villa team. Use of external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2,000,000.
- Please participate in the villa’s waste separation program. Three bins are provided for organic, inorganic, and residual waste.
- Monkeys may be present in the Ubud area. Please do not feed or interact with them.
- The surrounding jungle, rice fields, and local farms are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by local residents.
- Wildlife including geckos and insects are a natural part of the tropical environment. Regular pest control is maintained but occasional wildlife may be present.
- Please log out of any personal streaming accounts (Netflix, YouTube) before check-out.
- In the unlikely event of nearby construction, the villa team will do their best to assist with any comfort concerns.
No deposit
Check-in starts at 2:00 PM for 1–3 bedroom villas and 3:00 PM for 4–6 bedroom villas Luggage drop-off is welcome from 11:00 AM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of IDR 200,000 to cover staff overtime. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM is charged at 50% of the daily villa rate; after 6:00 PM a full day’s rate applies. Luggage storage is available after check-out.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. In-villa breakfast can be arranged for IDR 160,000 per person (minimum 5 guests). Floating breakfast is IDR 150,000 per tray. Lunch and dinner services, including set menus, live BBQ, and fine dining options, start from IDR 450,000 per person.
The 9th and 10th guests are charged at IDR 365,000 per person per night. Extra beds can be arranged on request.
Maximum Property Capacity: The maximum property capacity is as specified in the property details. Exceeding the maximum capacity requires explicit permission from the property. Please contact the property directly to inquire.

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
Important: The property, transportation and/or destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your departure.
The property owners reserve the right to refuse service or rentals at their discretion.
