Discovery Resorts – Rottnest Island is located on Rottnest Island, approximately a 25-minute ferry from Fremantle or approximately a 90-minute ferry from Perth’s Barrack Street Jetty. Ferry transfers to the island are included in upgraded packages only, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Cancellation Policy: Outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee, cancellations are not available.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you are permitted ONE date change up until 45 days before your original check-in date, provided the change is made within 14 days of purchase. The new date must fall within the validity period. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Subject to availability and surcharges.

All bookings requested prior to the “Sales Period” ending will be honoured, based on allocation. At the conclusion of the sale period, bookings will be on a request basis, subject to availability, until the “Book by” date. Bookings will not be honoured if requested after the “Book by” date.

• Roundtrip luggage transfer is from the ferry jetty to Discovery Resorts – Rottnest Island only.
• The included food and drink credit must be used during your stay.
• Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Guests without the ferry transfer upgrade must organise their own ferry or seaplane transfer. This ticket will include a Rottnest Island Authority Fee.

Ferry Transfer Upgrade

Inclusions:

• Roundtrip transfers via Rottnest Express ferry from Fremantle to Rottnest Island.

Fine Print:

• Transfers cannot be booked via the hotel.
• Rottnest Express will reach out within one to two business days to book your desired date and departure times.
• Boarding for all passengers closes 10 minutes prior to departure.
• Rottnest Island Authority Fee is included in the ferry fare.
• Departure from: B Shed Terminal Rottnest Express, Peter Hughes Drive, Fremantle, Western Australia 6160.
• Includes two luggage tags per person.
• Pick up your ticket at the Rottnest Express check-in counter.
• This experience is weather-dependent and may be cancelled and/or postponed for safety reasons.
• If your trip is cancelled, you will be offered a rescheduled date or refund.
• This experience excludes additional luggage, food and beverages.
• Fremantle departure point cannot be changed to Perth once confirmed.
