7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is served at The Terrace between 6.30am and 10.30am. Breakfast is served as a buffet or guests can order a la carte.
• Lunch or dinner for two is served as a set menu. Valid for dining at The Terrace from 12pm to 10.30pm only. Reservations must be made one day in advance.
• The included massages must be booked one day in advance.
• Daily cocktail, mocktail, beer or wine is available at the Pool Bar anytime during opening hours. Opening hours are 10am to 7pm.
• The minibar is refreshed daily and includes local beer and carafes of gin, whiskey and vodka for the cocktail station.
• The minibar also includes 100% organic juices and house-made bites.
• Large items such as surfboards can be accommodated with prior notice and approval.
• Hotel credit cannot be used for in-room dining.
• Your daily surprise gift can be delivered by pressing the ‘Surprise of the Day’ button on the in-room telephone.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked atTHB210 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
