Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Luxury Escapes credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Luxury Escapes credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

- Top of the Reef is open between 6.30pm to 11pm Monday, Friday and Saturday, and a smart casual dress code is required (shorts, sleeveless shirts and thong sandals are not permitted). The signature dinner upgrade (select packages) will be a five-course romantic dinner from a set menu.
- Two-course lunch at Café Andaman and Bamboo Bar includes choice of one main dish and one appetiser or dessert.
- Three-course dinner is available from Café Andaman (Thai or European menu), Top of the Reef (European menu) and Panwa House (Thai menu).
- Panwa House is open between 6.30pm to 11pm Tuesday to Sunday.
- Included private airport transfer from Phuket Airport (HKT): One-way included transfer must be arranged at least 72 hours in advance and can be used for either arrival or departure. Stop overs and route changes are not permitted.
- One-way private airport transfer is included for the main passengers, but a six-seater minivan is available on request. Please declare extra guests at time of booking and confirm upon advising Cape Panwa Hotel of your flight details. Please note that all passengers must arrive on the same flight.
