Due to its secluded location in one of the last true wilderness areas on earth, access to Berkeley River Lodge is via plane transfer only. Your package includes convenient roundtrip air transfers from Darwin International Airport (DRW). Sit back and relax as a charter plane flies you over one of the most scenic locations in Australia.

Please note that a 10kg baggage allowance (soft bags only) applies on the included flights.

Transfers/flights between your departure destination and Darwin International Airport (DRW) are not included and must be purchased separately. Please book your flights to arrive at Darwin International Airport (DRW) before 2pm on the first day of your stay for a 2.30pm departure to Berkeley River Lodge. On your departure date, you will return to Darwin International Airport (DRW) at approximately 11.30am. Flight times are subject to change; please reach out to the property directly to confirm flight schedules.

Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
Daily dining includes daily breakfast, a daily gourmet lunch hamper to take your daily activities or two-course a la carte lunch at the resort, and nightly five-course degustation dinner at the on-site Dunes restaurant.
The drinks package includes a select range of soft drinks, tea, coffee, juices, beer, wines and spirits provided with meals and on some activities. A reserve wine list, top-shelf spirits and cocktails are available at an additional cost, which will be charged to your room for payment at the conclusion of your stay.
Transfers/flights between your departure destination and Darwin International Airport (DRW) are not included and must be purchased separately.
Transfer via Kununurra is available. If you would like to transfer via Kununurra instead of Darwin, please contact Customer Service to arrange. Transfers depart Kununurra at 3pm and arrive in Berkeley at 4pm. For return, flights depart Berkeley at 8am and arrive in Kununurra at 9am.

Cancellation policy

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
