Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Kids’ Club is complimentary but charges may apply if children join kids’ club activities. Children under four years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• Daily a la carte breakfast is available at DAVA Steak & Seafood from 7am to 10.30am.
• Floating breakfast is available from 7am to 10am and must be booked 24-hours in advance.
• Daily two-course lunch or dinner is available from a set menu at Sami Sami, Damar Terrace, To’Ge, Unique Roof Top Bar and Restaurant, Rock Bar, HonZEN, Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant, Padi, Karang, Scusa or DAVA Steak & Seafood.
• The included daily cocktail can be redeemed at Rock Bar, Unique Roof Top Bar, Luna Rooftop Bar or Kubu Beach Club.
• Prior to each massage, guests are required to meet with the spa therapist for a consultation. The 50-minute massage can be redeemed between the hours of 10am and 8pm and should be booked in advance.
• Kubu Beach Club entry is unlimited, however, swimming may be restricted depending on the weather.
• Putting golf is unlimited and free of charge, however, a putting partner will incur a surcharge.
• Priority Rock Bar access entitles AYANA guests to an upgraded seat allocation with a better view. If the bar is booked out, only AYANA in-house guests will be permitted to enter the bar.
• Restaurants, bars and pools may be closed at management’s discretion.
• The complimentary shuttle operates from 7am and 10pm, every 10 minutes. After 10pm, it is available on request.
• Sunrise yoga sessions start at 6.30am.
• VIP Package includes airport transfers, assistance and lounge access for two from selected Seminyak/Sanur/Kuta/Jimbaran locations.
