Update 18 December 2025 11AM AEST: the Thalassotherapy Pool at AYANA Spa will undergo schedule maintenance from 17 January to 31 January 2026. The facility will reopen and begin normal operations on 1 February 2026. During the closure, there will be an alternative wellness offering of daily sound healing group sessions and Qigong group sessions. 60-minute sound healing sessions will run at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. Qigong will run at 7am and 5pm. Guests may reserve their preferred session by contacting AYANA Spa reception.
Update 4 September 2025 2PM AEST: AYANA Bali will be enhancing the AYANA Ballroom as part of its continuous efforts to improve the overall guest experience. The enhancement works will take place from September 2025 until April 2026. Please be assured that all activities have been carefully planned to minimise disruption to guests, and the remainder of the resort facilities will remain fully operational during this period. AYANA will continue to welcome guests as usual and maintain its commitment to providing exceptional service throughout the enhancement process.
Update 25 June 2025 4PM AEST: AYANA Bali is now fully implementing cashless transactions across all properties, including front desk services. All payments for accommodation, dining, spa treatments and other services must be made using accepted cashless methods, as cash will no longer be accepted. Accepted payment methods: Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, UnionPay; Debit Cards; QR Code Payments: QRIS, WeChat Pay, Alipay.

- Regular maintenance is scheduled for the Thalassotherapy Pool. The pool will be closed from 1–15 December 2025 and will reopen on 16 December 2025. To ensure exceptional wellness experiences and enhance spa facilities, a complimentary Sound Healing Group Session will be offered as a substitute during the maintenance period.
