7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 45 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Azura restaurant from 6.30am to 10.30am.
- Lunch and dinner are served at both Azura and Nook from 11am to 10pm, with the last order taken at 9pm. Please note that during the low season, one of the restaurants may be closed. Dining is a la carte; guests may choose one starter or soup, one main course and one dessert. Children may order from the kids’ menu.
- Nightly cocktail is available from 6pm to 10pm.
- Included massage is available at Angsana Spa from 10am to 9pm daily. Bookings are essential.
- Massages can be the Angsana, Javanese or Thai.
- Included return shuttle bus transfer runs from 369 Tran Hung Dao, District 01, Ho Chi Minh City to the resort. This location is approximately a 30-minute drive from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN). For private airport transfers, please select one of the upgraded packages. - Shared Bus Transfers from Ho Chi Minh City: Daily pick-up in Ho Chi Minh City at 10.30am, with the return journey departing Ho Tram at 1.45pm.
- Play Play Kids’ Club is suitable for children aged 5–11 years old. The kids’ The kids’is open from 10am to 7pm daily.
- Kids’ movie nights are held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at Dhawa Beach (Azura Terrace) and Activa fitness centre.
- Daily mini golf session is available for kids (11 and under) only.
