It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops, as well as key attractions – Honolulu Zoo is an eight-minute walk away, while Waikiki Aquarium is 15 minutes away. Diamond Head, a popular hiking spot, is just a 10-minute drive away. The resort is approximately a 20-minute drive from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 30 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Beach Rentals: Guests can select from a wide range of items from Beach Candy Waikiki, located at Twin Fin Hotel (2570 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu) to enhance their beach and ocean experience. For each night of stay, each guest room will receive three daily credits that can be applied towards rentals, including surfboards, paddleboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and more. Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival to the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy, such as fitness classes, surf lessons and more, can be booked at an additional cost.
• Hawaiian Cultural Classes: Classes include Queen’s legacy tour, lei making, hula lessons and Hawaiian lessons.
• Honolulu Museum of Art: Enjoy complimentary entry for two guests to the Honolulu Museum of Art when you show your guest room key. Reservations are required by calling (808) 532-8700.
• In-Room Coffee: Enjoy a selection of signature ‘Alohilani coffee and tea from the convenience of your guest room.
• Internet Access: Wireless high-speed internet access in guest rooms and throughout the resort.
• Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. May be used at all onsite venues, or for room service and minibar. Credit is cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. In addition to onsite food venues and bars, may be used at Spa U’ilani, DRIP HAWAII Medspa, Cabana Rental (based on availability), Aqua Loungers (based on availability), guest valet laundry, amenity rentals and valet parking.
